Special Australië
10% korting op de huurprijs indien u de camper ophaalt in de periode van 1 mei t/m 31 augustus 2006 in Alice Springs, Brisbane, Darwin of Cairns en ten zuiden van de ophaalplaats weer inlevert. Minimaal 14 dagen camperhuur. Korting is geldig voor de gehele periode.
50+ dagen special
Indien u de camper langer dan 50 dagen huurt, krijgt u vanaf dag 51, Euro 30.00 korting per dag. Nadat u de 30 Euro er af heeft gehaald, berekent u over dat bedrag de longterm-discount.

Minimum Rental Duration and Costings
Minimum rental period: 5 days. Vehicle rentals are calculated on a per calendar day basis, i.e. day of pick-up or drop off is always counted as a full day irrespective of what time it is collected or dropped off.
Long-term Rental
Special conditions apply for rentals of more than 50 days. Details available on application.

One-Way Rental Fee
One-way rentals are available between all depot locations. A one-way rental fee of $165 ($200 as of 1.4.06) is charged for rentals of 20 days or less.
Remote Area Surcharge
Independent from the One Way Fee a Remote Area Surcharge fee of $385 ($350 as of 1.4.06) is applicable for rentals involving pick up and/or drop off in Broome.
Licence and Minimum
Age A valid current national standard drivers licence is required. National drivers licences, which are not in English, need to be presented in conjunction with an official translation or valid international drivers licence. The minimum age is 21 years.
Standard Excess Policy
All KEA Campers vehicles come with comprehensive insurance cover. A standard excess of $5,000.00 applies in the event of any damage to either our vehicle or third party property. The renter will also be fully liable for replacing or repairing damaged windscreens and tyres. A security bond of $5,000 will be taken on vehicle collection. The security bond can be paid by cash, traveller's cheque or credit card. Should the bond be paid by credit card the amount will be debited to your account immediately, any currency fluctuations are not the responsibility of KEA Campers. The bond is fully refundable on return of the vehicle to the agreed location, on the agreed date, with no damage incurred to the KEA Campers vehicle or third party property and the toilet cassette and waste water tank has been emptied and no items are lost or damaged.
KEA Campers offer the following two (2) options to reduce or waive the Standard Excess:
Excess Reduction 1
Excess Reduction 1 at $25.00 per day, $30.00 per day (4WD) will reduce the excess for any damage to either vehicle or third party property to a maximum of $2,000.00. The renter, however, will be fully liable for replacing or repairing damaged windscreens and tyres. The bond of $2,000.00 can be paid in cash, traveller's cheques or credit card: a manual imprint of the credit card will be taken. This is fully refundable on return of the vehicle to the agreed location, on the agreed date, with no damage incurred to the KEA Campers vehicle or third party property and the toilet cassette and waste water tank has been emptied and no items are lost or damaged. The total insurance charge is limited to a maximum of 50 days or $1,250.00 and $1,500.00 respectively.
Excess Reduction 2
Excess Reduction 2 at $35.00 per day and $40.00 per day (4WD) will waive the excess for any vehicle damage and third party property damage and the cost of replacing or repairing windscreens and tyres. However, a security deposit of $250.00 is payable at the time of pickup to ensure that the vehicle is returned to the agreed location, on the agreed date in clean condition and the toilet cassette and waste water tank has been emptied and no items are lost or damaged. The total insurance charge is limited to a maximum of 50 days or $1,750.00 and $2,000.00 respectively.
IMPORTANT:
The renter is fully liable for any damage to the KEA Campers vehicle or third party property if:
a. The terms of the rental contract are breached.
b. Damage to the vehicle is caused by careless, wilful or reckless driving.
c. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
d. Driving on restricted roads.
e. Water submersion or salt water damage caused through own fault.
In case of any damage to the KEA Campers vehicle or third party property a second bond will be collected to cover the excess for any subsequent damage.
Road Restrictions
Motorhomes can only be driven on sealed/bitumen or access roads. 4WD's also allowed on recognized 4WD tracks. Special terms and conditions apply for travel in the following areas. Cape York, Simpson Desert, Gunbarrel Highway, Canning Stock Route, Oondnadatta Track, Birdsville Track, the Warburton Road, Tanami Track, Gibb River Road and any other area in excess of 100 kilometres from the nearest sealed road. No vehicle is to be taken into salt water.
Repairs
Repairs of up to $100.00 may be effected without authorisation and will be reimbursed. Amounts above $100.00 require approval from KEA on-road assistance.
Vehicle Return
All vehicles must be returned with a full fuel tank. Re-fuelling at our depot will be charged at $1.50 per litre of fuel.
Cancellation Fees Fees in Percentage of Gross Rates if:
25 days before pick-up = No fee
24 days to 6 days before pick-up = 15%
5 days to 0 days and no show = 50%
If vehicle is returned early = No Refund available
Multiple Rentals - Minimum of 5 days per Country
Multiple rentals can be combined to qualify for a longer term rental rate. Australia and New Zealand rentals can be combined to qualify if travel is within a 12 month period.

Change of Vehicle
If, for reasons beyond our control, the reserved vehicle is not available, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable or superior vehicle at no extra cost to the client. This
shall not constitute a breach of contract and does not entitle the hirer to any form of refund.
Taxes and Local State Tax
All charges include 10% GST and 2% Local State Tax. All rates and conditions are subject to change in accordance with changes in government taxes.
